Multiple criteria with Index,Match and Countif(s)

Hi all,

This is my first post on this forum and really could use some help

I'm creating an agent file where you have the planning per date, per agent and the different tasks that the agent should perform. I would like to verify that there are enough agents per task present every day. For that reason, I would like to have a formula which checks the presence of every agent every day in combination with the different task that that agent performs.

Sheet info:

• uurroosters groep : gives an overview of every agent per date // from line 71 you have an overview of all the different tasks per date and do a count on that, with a presence check of the agents included. my purpose would be to add the formula in every field where you check if the agent is present that day and do an overall check if he knows the specific task. An agent is present if there is a number present in the specific field.
• Taken : gives you an overview of all the tasks per agent. (X means the agent knows the task)

Any help would be appreciated
