without VBA Auto Name Tab based on cell

Hello Everyone


I would like the sheet tab name at the bottom of the sheet to Automactially name = to cell F2
So if Cell F2 = "date"
The sheet tab name at the bottom of the sheet will be named "date"


Macros is disabled at my working station. So, I was trying to see if this is possible.
