Trying to compare company data with average of peer company data

Hi, I'm hoping to get help with how to compare company data with a handful of other companies. I originally ran pivot table to compare the totals of each company, but was asked to compare my companies data with the average and median number of about 30 other companies in my industry. I will need to be able to run a pivot chart with my company compared to industry average and median. Can someone assist? Thanks in advance!
