Pivot Table to Pivot Chart

Hi!

I'm trying to create a chart that allows you to filter dates and product values.

I tried making a table directly from the chart options but found that annoying so resorted to doing it from a pivot table date.

I have what I thought was a simple range of data, just weekly dates in column A, product types along row 1 and # inbetween.

From the sheet below, I'd like to be able between the Values and dates that are under SYSTEMS

Any and all help is appreciated!

Also, it won't let me remove the 'Sum of' section in the Value names.
