Hi all,

The below code works, up untill the last "<>Alternatives"

Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(SUMIFS(Aladdin_notional_weight,Aladdin_country,A4,Aladdin_portfolio_full_name,"<>Alternatives"))

Are named ranges not compatible with the "does not equal" function? Any work arounds?

Hey! I know that this question is a couple of years old, but just in case someone else comes across this in the future...

In your formula the "<>Alternatives" is checking if the sumif is not equal to the string/text "Alternatives".

To refer to the named range you have create , you just have to rewrite it as "<>" & Alternatives
