Help please :)

I have a invoice prepared and i am looking to have a part number from a drop down list but then want show in another column the description generated by the part number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Regards,

All sorted - must have been a slip of the finger!

Another question sorry! I have copied down the cell as per your mail; if the part no. column is empty the description cell shows #n/a, is there a way of showing a blank cell if there is nothing in the part no. column?
