Anything Look strange with this - using in Office 365 = It is Displaying $0.00 but shouldn't

The Problem is LIKELY that Column M contains multiple text - and I need only those row that contain anywher in the M Cell either the text "Settlement" or "Card Credit".

You may want to check that the values you're looking for match exactly what's in your formula. Some of the values seem to have an unusual number of spaces.
