Hi,

I have data in A2:A1000 and would like to put a formula in cell B2 and then copy it down from B3 to B1000.

I know that I can use the fill handle and mouse to copy it quickly to B3:B1000.

If I wanted to use the keyboard, is there a shortcut key sequence that I can use to select the range in B3:B1000 rather than using things like Shift+PgDn?

Thanks!

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
If you select a vertical range, e.g. A1:A10 and A1 has a formula or value, press CTRL+D (Windows) and it will fill A2:A10 with same contents as A1
