Assume that my workbook has 2 sheets, "A" and "B". Data will be uploaded in "A" and all the calculations and result finding will be done in "B". So for 1 upload in "A", 1 row in "B" will be utilized.
During the next upload, the user will delete the data from "A" first and then upload new data.
I want "B" to keep the existing data information and with the new upload generate another row of calculations.

Please suggest on how I can go about this.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Would suggest:
  • Have a single row on A (can be a hidden row) that does all the calculations and displays the results as you would want to see them on B.

  • Use a macro (can be triggered by a button on A) to copy that row from A and paste values into the next available row in B. The macro could then reset A ready for the next set of data, if you want.

If you need help with the macro, post details of:
- the actual names of both sheets
- the range in sheet A to be copied
- the first column to paste into sheet B.
I assume that row 1 of sheet B is headers, and the first row of data goes in row 2.
