I'm trying to consolidate certain fields across my workbook:

I'm using a formula: IF('Week 42'!D145,'Week 42'!D145," ")

I want this formula to return whatever is in cell D145 on the "Week 42" workseet to cell D145 on he "Consoliated" worksheet OR if the cell is blank, I want it to remain "blank". It seems simple but it's returning only "VALUE#"

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
try:

IF('Week 42'!D145 <> "",'Week 42'!D145," ")

How about
=IF('Week 42'!D145="","",'Week 42'!D145)

PERFECT. The "<>" worked. THANK YOU. The "=" worked to get rid of the "VALUE#" but it returned a "0" instead of a BLANK
