I have a conundrum. I am using the Networkdays formula with a start date of 8/28/2018 and an end date of 6/18/2019 with the following holiday serial dates (n=28): =NETWORKDAYS(G1,H1,B3:B30)
43346
43353
43362
43381
43416
43425

I am then using the same formula with the same start and end dates with the following holiday serial dates (n=30): =NETWORKDAYS(G1,H1,B3:B32)

43708
43346
43353
43362
43381

43612

The issue I am having is they are both giving me the same count of 183.

What am I missing?

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
In the second holiday range 2 days are outside the period between G1 & H1 so there are the same number of holidays in the calculation

The two extra dates are in 2019 not 2018 & so are irrelevant

... and one of them is a Saturday so won't have any effect on the calculation of NETWORKDAYS
