Hello everyone. I have 10000+ lines of data I use to create a pivot table every week. Is there an easy way to omit results in that do not meet a certain criteria. For example, in this graph, I would like to omit employees from the pivot table that had no hours or no entries for the two most recent week ending dates - 7/14 and 7/21 in this example. Using that logic, the pivot table would only summarize data for Mr. Smith and Mrs. Taylor. It would omit Dr. Brown because he did not have any hours for the most recent two weeks. Thoughts? Please bear in mind again there are over 10000 lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
