Creating sunburst charts

Hello.
I try to make a chart, but I have a problem I can not solve. I need a little help and I'd be glad if you help me.
The chart should look like I did in the picture. I divide the diagram into 8 parts, which are divided into five more. My idea is that these 5 parts represent a percentage of the thing (20, 40, 60, 80, 100%). I want when I write that the thing fulfilled at 40%, to color the first two sectors. It should look like a staggering picture. Can you give me a hand?
