Hi All,

Would like to ask for your assistance on this if statement.J2 and H2 are 2 different dates. How do I count the difference(remaining days) without including saturdays and sundays?
=IF(AND(M2="NA",I2="No"),0,IF(AND(I2="Yes",J2=0),NOW()-H2,J2-H2))
Thank you
Bryan

Excel Facts

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Try this:

=NETWORKDAYS(A1,B1)

This is inclusive so the start and end date is included in the count (provided they are not weekends).
