I just need help correlating the cells from excel into the highlighted fields in word, like the picture below. I copied the cell from excel and pasted it into word and it transferred the information when it was entered, but it left a space before and after the new input in word.
Can you figure this out and help, please?

I figured it out ! The best course of action was to
1.Format it in Excel to match the Word text ,
2.Copy and paste the cell, keep formatting but link to excel,
3.Reformat Word in prefrences so there is no boxes or spaces when pasting but it always came with a paragraph entries because the way it transfers so I hit the "show all nonprinting characters" button which is the paragraph button.
Use "Find and Replace" under special text use paragraph and it will select it.
For replace input nothing and make sure there is no spaces.
All paragraphs are gone and document is tight.
-Note- every time I use the excel sheet to modify the data I have to complete everything the use
Find and Replace to Remove All the paragraphs again before saving.
