Excel Leave validation

Hello Everyone ,

I am trying to create an excel application for leave, I have got the template online and its perfect for me.
I want to create a validation while applying leave and need your help for this.


While applying for leave the system checks the employee column (Employee are divided in 3 groups A,B,C).
If the employee from the same group is applying the leave in the same week, the system pops a alert message.

(Ex: Natalie A applied for leave from 23rd Aug and Bryan A is trying to apply from 22nd Aug, system pops an alert message).
