Afternoon guys

I use Excel 2016 to produce costing sheets for projects, and I'm trying to figure out if I can get excel to automatically work out how far each customer is from a preset location e.g. a contractor. Any ideas on how to achieve it? Not sure whether it needs to be a super-techy macro or what... Thanks for all your help in advance!

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
