I have a graph of calls for each month. Jan to Dec Along the year, say in June, I'd have blanks for July to Dec.

I'd like the graph to only show months with data, ie Jan to Jun. and not include empty space for the last 6 months. I've searched and found how to exclude blank dates between data, ie if Feb was 0.

Thanks,

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
I stumbled upon the filter option. I clicked on the graph and on the right was the filter. I clicked on it and I could filter out or uncheck the months (Aug to Dec) I didn't want and those columns did not show up on the graph. Was so simple, I wish I had found that before.

Thanks
