Hi, please can someone help and tell me what this formula is looking for or doing?

Code:
=OFFSET('Current weeks data'!$A$1:$W$1000,,,COUNTIF('Current weeks data'!$K:$K,">"&0)+1)

It's the last part I don't understand but if you could explain it all just incase im mistaken.

Thanks

Dan

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Try to test with a smaller data area, say, A1:D5, on Sheet1. Enter some data in A1:D5 and also some small numbers in F. Enter the adjusted formula in G1 as:

=OFFSET($A$1:$D$5,,,COUNTIF($F:$F,">"&0)+1)

Select the formula in G1, hit F9, and observe the result in the formula balk. Repeat the process by changing the values in F until you understand what the COUNTIF part does.
