in the columns with no values in b or c show zero value in columns f and g. the formula I am using in column f is
=IF(B13>C13,10,-10)
formula for column g is =SUM(D13:F13)*2

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
If I have understood correctly, this may be it. In column F
=IF(COUNT(B13:C13)=2,IF(B13>C13,10,-10),0)

Column G formula can stay as you already have it.
