Date Formula

Hi I currently have this code so that my spreadsheet calculates the date in column N by 3 or 12 months from the date input in column I, depending on which number is selected in columns K, L or M

=IF(I2<>"",EDATE(I2,MAX(K2:L2:M2)),"")

What I now need to do is also get it to change the date if they choose 6 weeks in column J
