How to set password to multiple pdf files on a given folder using excel VBA?

There are multiple pdf files in a folder. Please help me with VBA code which will loop through all the PDF file and save with a password.
I have Acrobat distiller installed in my system.
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
