Hi, in my job, I need to sort by multiple variables in the same piece of text. The text signifies the location of an item in the building. The titels go like this tsDMG1A002B, in which, the "tsDMG" is the type of bin(pretty unimportant), "1A" is the floor(variable 1) and "002" is the number of the bin on the floor(combines with the next variable), and finally "B", the aisle in which the item is located(variable 2). Would there be any way to set a way for the excel system to automatically organize the data given into categories based on what floor and then further into what aisle the item is in(while remaining in numerical order). If so, can you please send me a link of how to do it, as I am more of a visual learner than a textual learner. Thank you.

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Also here some of us are more visual, you could give some examples of what you have and what you expect from the result.
