Need help on VBA Excel to copy paste value

Hi, i had a code. How to copy paste value?

        .Range(.Cells(2, "F"), .Cells(lr, "F")).Copy DestSh.Cells(2, "B")
        .Range(.Cells(2, "L"), .Cells(lr, "L")).Copy DestSh.Cells(2, "C")

Change this

.Range(.Cells(2, "A"), .Cells(lr, "A")).Copy DestSh.Cells(2, "A")

to

DestSh.Range("A2:A" & lr).Value = .Range("A2:A" & lr).Value

And the same thing for the other two columns
