I have a data base that I need to be able to automatically archive and remove lines when there are a certain amount of out of date dates. My thought process is to run a check that will detect the out of date dates, select the entire line and remove the data to a holding page until the details are updated, once they have been updated to be re instated back to the data base. Is this simply a cut and paste function for both requirements?

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
