Hello all,

My code is working as intended.
There is a long waiting period as a consequence of the code run that I would like to call a 3D animated model I have to just run onscreen while the code is running in the background.
I cannot figure out how to call it from VBA to appear as this happens.

Anyone have an idea?

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Thank you,

I have been trying that code. The animated icon I am using is from the Insert menu images.
I would like for it to run while the macro is executing code in the back. It takes a couple of minutes due to the content.

I am not sure if there is an easy way to just call the animated icon, but I am trying to not bog down the code anymore than I have to.

If it is not possible, that is OK.

Everything I've learned involves animated GIF and using the web browser control. Not exactly what you are seeking.

The thought behind the link provided is similar to creating a PROGRESS BAR in a userform. Instead of the bar the code would load the animated GIF.

Maybe between example code of a progress bar (tons of examples on the internet and forums) and loading the GIF you could create what you are seeking.
