I am having issues with TABLE1 highlighting the start and end dates from TABLE2. My goal is to have the data from TABLE2 visualized in TABLE1 The task data does not factor in to the visualization represented in TABLE1. any help or advice is appreciated.

Thank you.

Peter,

The links below are screenshots of my workbook, VBA Code and summary sheet.

VBA Code-https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Tc...nWpXxd07Uzn2y7

Summary Sheet-https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JW...6QcGtCaHqJNL3M

I am trying to create a summary sheet where I can view and compare both the coaches and their team schedules in one place. All sheets are identical except for the type of training, start dates and end dates. Each sheet consists of three to five teams along with their calendar schedule highlighting the training, start dates and end dates. Each of the coach's names are represented on the tab. My end result is that the calendar information will be pulled from each individual sheet and compiled onto the summary sheet, but instead of showing the teams, it will show the coach's names.

Please let me know if you need and more information of screen shots.

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
The links below are screenshots of my workbook, VBA Code and summary sheet.
That is pretty much what you showed us in post 29 so I don't think it adds anything for me.
Could we see a small example of sheets NAME A and NAME B and what the resultant SUMMARY SHEET would look like?

I am unable to copy the summary sheet with the combined information from NAME A and NAME B. I've attached a link to show how the summary sheet should look

Thanks for the additional info. Unfortunately, I don't see an easy way to achieve that. I think probably a bit much to try to achieve in a forum like this but you never know, somebody might chime in with a good idea.

I have a temporary fix by using a linked photo of the ranges. Somehow it does not copy the entire highlighted portion.
