The below code will allow me to type the number of times to copy a sheet.

Code:
    Dim I As Long Dim xNumber As Integer
    Dim xName As String
    Dim xActiveSheet As Worksheet
    On Error Resume Next
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Set xActiveSheet = ActiveSheet
    xNumber = InputBox("Enter number of times to copy the current sheet")
    For I = 1 To xNumber
        xName = ActiveSheet.Name
        xActiveSheet.Copy After:=ActiveWorkbook.Sheets(xName)
        ActiveSheet.Name = I
    Next
    xActiveSheet.Activate
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True

what I like to add is for it to color each tab to a different color and also change value of a cell in each sheet to = I any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
This will change the tab colour
Code:
   Dim I As Long
   Dim xNumber As Integer
    Dim xName As String
    Dim xActiveSheet As Worksheet
    On Error Resume Next
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Set xActiveSheet = ActiveSheet
    xNumber = InputBox("Enter number of times to copy the current sheet")
    For I = 1 To xNumber
        xName = ActiveSheet.Name
        xActiveSheet.Copy After:=ActiveWorkbook.Sheets(xName)
        ActiveSheet.Name = I
        [COLOR=#ff0000]ActiveSheet.Tab.ColorIndex = I[/COLOR]
    Next
    xActiveSheet.Activate
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
I'm not sure what you mean with the 2nd part part of your question.

Ok, how about
Code:
   Dim I As Long
   Dim xNumber As Integer
    Dim xName As String
    Dim xActiveSheet As Worksheet
    On Error Resume Next
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Set xActiveSheet = ActiveSheet
    xNumber = InputBox("Enter number of times to copy the current sheet")
    For I = 1 To xNumber
        xName = ActiveSheet.Name
        xActiveSheet.Copy After:=ActiveWorkbook.Sheets(xName)
        With ActiveSheet
         .Name = I
         .Tab.ColorIndex = I
         .Range("C3") = I
      End With
    Next
    xActiveSheet.Activate
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
