How To Keep Pivot Table Format

Is there a way to keep the formatting, i.e. margins, headers/footers, layout, etc., of the initial Pivot Table and have it carry over to all of the others once I use the 'Show Report Filter Pages'? I have the original one formatted exactly how I want it, but when I have each of the others created they don't keep the original format. If not, is there a way to write a macro that will edit all of the pivot tables in the workbook at once to what I want?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
