International Freight INVOICE - DataForm

I am trying to set up an Excel based invoice system and would like to have a "FORM" for the employees to enter the data in with.

However, I have found that unless all the field names are in a single row, the Data|form function does not pick up all the fields

The fields are -

InvoiceNo ; Re: ; To: ;

Vessel: ; Ref:

To be laid out in a pattern of 2 : 2 : 1

If anyone can offer a solution to this problem, I would be most grateful

Many thanks

Peter

Excel Facts

Excel Can Read to You
Customize Quick Access Toolbar. From All Commands, add Speak Cells or Speak Cells on Enter to QAT. Select cells. Press Speak Cells.
More than likely, this is your problem:

Headings MUST be in row 1, first record must be in row 2.

To have multiple-line headings, user Alt-Enter to get a paragraph return within a cell.

Hope that helps!
