Highlighting duplicate person name on the bais of creterias

I am working on one huge file.

where I have duplicate person name in col. B.

I am looking for a code which highlight these names if same person has same deptt and same PO issue date.

Like person we have three ZZZ person name but code will highlight B12 and B14. in attached file.

Hey,

Try in cell E2:
IF(COUNTIFS(B:B,B2,C:C,C2,D:D,D2)>1,"FLAG","")

And drag down column E.

Another option.
Select A2:D17 then on the home tab > Conditional formatting > new rule > use a formula and use
=COUNTIFS($B$2:$B$17,$B2,$C$2:$C$17,$C2,$D$2:$D$17,$D2)>1
Then select your format & ok
