Hi Team

i am creating an excel file where I need to count employee base on their schedule The problem i am facing now is counting employee with their time out.

Agent A Time In- 9AM
Agent A Time Out- 5PM

Agent B Time In- 12PM
Agent B Time out- 9Pm

I should have a count of 2 Agents by 5PM

BUT by 5:30PM i should only have 1 agent

Do you need me to upload the workbook? Alternatively, if you just type 12:00 AM in F2, then 12:30 AM in G2, you can drag the 2 cells across to 11:30 AM, then repeat that process starting with 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM at the bottom. The 1st row is Agent A, 2nd is Agent B, and you just put a 1 where they are currently active. The 5th row uses the formula =COUNT(F3:F4) and the 9th row uses =COUNT(F7:F8), and you just drag those across.
