How to read approx 200 excel file in a single excel sheet one by one.

Dear All,

I have a folder named transaction that contains approx 200 excel file. the excel file name is e.g 19875 , 23,456,1450 etc.
I want to copy all excel file data in a single excel file one by one.
Suppose excel file name 19875 contains data that consist of 30 rows then file name 23 then file name 456 and so on data copied in a single excel file.

Any help deeply welcomes....
