Hi,

I am trying to find a code which will select the next available empty row down the spreadsheet and then select columns A to D of that row.

Could anyone help me out with this please?

Many thanks

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
If you mean the row after the last row with data :
Cells(Cells.Find(What:="*", After:=Cells(1), SearchOrder:=xlByRows, _
SearchDirection:=xlPrevious).Row + 1, 1).Resize(, 4).Select
