Decimal signs "," & "." - causing issues

Hi,

I have a template that calculates costs for services per month based on input from managers. I have set dot/"." as default decimal sign whilst everyone else have comma/"," (applies to all excel files you open). Due to this, they can not see the calculated costs for rows that contain cells using comma as decimal sign. Formula then returns "add data". If they change to "." in their settings, all numbers appear since all "," turns to ".". The problem is, they are all used to "," and do not want to work with ".".

Please see picture: https://imgur.com/a/jiEweZA

Any suggestions on how I can make the numbers appear regardless of decimal sign settings?
