Is there a maximum number of labels you can use on a form?

Suddenly I cannot put any more labels on my form. I'm at around 35. Every time I either try to copy and paste a label or create one from scratch from the Toolbox I get the following errors:

From the Toolbox:
"Could not complete the operation due to error 8002802C"

Copying and pasting an existing label:
"Could not paste the control. Could not complete the operation due to error 8002802C"

I can add other objects, just no additional labels.

Any ideas?

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
I've no idea if there's a limit or not, but it will be above 35. I've seen code where people have had over 100 labels.

are you running any codes besides VBA with this? SQL?

Yeah, I didn't think 35 was that high anyway.

No Blake, just VBA.

I'm going to try a re-boot for the heck of it.

According to a search on Google, that error (8002802C) appears to be related to an ambiguous name. Do you have more than one object with the same name?

Don't know what happened. I didn't have any duplicate label names, but after a re-boot everything worked ok again.

Thanks for the help everybody!
