where is properties window vba?

hi, i cant find it? i pressed f4 and it's not showing.

also, before it disappeared, it was "free flowing" and not locked as it usually is at the bottom left corner? how do i lock it? (first i need for it to show up, my first issue)

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
when in the visual basic screen click view > properties window
to get it to expand to its locked position just double click the top of the window (works for me on excel 2016)
if it still isnt showing up that means its probably open somewhere

was able to find it, but now my project explorer is taking up half my screen and it's locked.....i just want the windows how they were by default ,lol
