Hi,

I believe (but am not sure) that there is a problem with the compatability of the 64 bit vs. 32 bit settings.

I am trying to run a macro and am getting the error "Cannot find library" ... then I am prompted to choose the "references - VBA project".

How do I fix this? I don't care if the application runs in 64 or 32 bit. This is office 2016

Thanks

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
What library is not found? That's a different error than you usually see if there's a 32/64 bit mismatch.

Try to go on your VBE>Tools>References> uncheck missing library

Recently I had huge amount of issues with this message. It basically meant VBA was deleted and file is corrupted beyond repair. Only seems to happen when I use data modelling and DAX code. Good luck

In Xl goto the developer tab > "Excel add-ins" > check the box by "Solver add-in"
