I would like to format a cell with JUST this year, 2019, so that it automatically changes to 2020 next year, and subsequent years.

Followed by cells that I would like to list as, the next years that changes also automatically.

This Year Next Year

2019 (<=formatted cell for current year) (would automatically change to next year=>) 2020

2020 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2021

2021 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2022

2022 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 2023

2023 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2024

2024 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2025

2025 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------2026

Is there anyway to do this? Thanks in Advance!

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
Put in the first cell and fill down:

=TEXT(TODAY(),"yyyy")+ROW(A1)-1

You could just put =YEAR(TODAY()) in A1, then =A1+1 in A2 and fill down.
