Countif formula help

Hi Guys,

can you please help me with below report, I need a formula in "Analysis table" which will count number of WFH, PL, UL, SL based on "Report" table. I need count based on criteria Name and Days of week.

For ex - I need a formula which will show me count of "SL" for Mr. A on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday......

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
