How do I format the second half of this formula to be in date format?

&TEXT(IFERROR(VLOOKUP(F25,'Ship dates - Notes'!F$3:G$704,2,FALSE),IFERROR(VLOOKUP(G25,'Ship dates - Notes'!A$1:B$777,2,FALSE),"")),"dd/mm/yyyy")

You can alter the blue part for whatever formatting you want.

Glad to help. You could also use IFERROR in the first part of your formula to shorten it, by the way.
