I have a workbook that launches a userform that gets updated.
I need to take all the values in the userform and input that into a different excel file (workbook). It cannot overwrite the data, but enter all new submissions in the last empty row.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
this will get you all rows that have data, assuming column A always is populated in each row.

Code:
    Set data = ActiveSheet.Range("A1:A" & Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).row)    cntr = 0
        For Each r In data
            cntr = cntr + 1
                If r.Offset(1) = vbNullString And r.Offset(2) = vbNullString Then
                End If
        Next r
