Macro no longer works after adding worksheets to workbook

For some reason, I get an error message after I add a new worksheet to my workbook. It says "cannot run the macro. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled"

My macro security settings are correct.

Any ideas?

This is the macro:

Sub createNewWorkbook()    ActiveSheet.Copy
    Dim shp As Shape
    With ActiveSheet
        For Each shp In .Shapes
           shp.Delete
        Next shp
        .Protect Password:="Chapman"
        .EnableSelection = xlUnlockedCells
    End With
End Sub

Have you tried unprotecting the sheet before copying?

Yes. The sheet doesn't protect until it is copied and moved to a new workbook.
