Flex Form appearing at the end of filename in banner header

Hi All,
Earlier I noticed that a file I opened had the words "Flexform" after it in the banner heading. Then i noticed all my files now have that however in project explorer it does now show this. Have googled and cant seem to find any answers, any one any ideas on what this is?
 

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
