Possible to use conditional formatting to 'sum count' font colour?

2

The ans should be 2 'count'

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Condtional formatting cant read the color of a cell, you need VBA for that.
If the colour has been set by conditional formatting then just use the same conditions to count the number of colours.
