Default How to make cells equal certain row

I am looking for a formula to help me in my spreadsheet. I want it to look for the month of January and an ID# with the amounts in that row to copy it into the next 11 months.

So January would be column B and ID# in Column E, while the data i want to copy are in J, K, and L. It should display the same numbers from Jan - Dec for each ID#.

I've tried this formula to "attempt" it and it pulls the correct information for one column but leaves a blank in the next two. Also i would like to apply this to the whole spreadsheet without having it tied to a specific ID# and changing it a thousand times. Looking for an easier way, than copy and pasting for thousands taking too much time in the process.

    =IF(AND(E1894="ID#",B1894=CHOOSE(MONTH(C1894),"January","February","March","April","May","June","July","August","September","October","November","December")
