How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Not sure you ever got a solution, so perhaps this will help.

Firstly, I converted the data to a table.
Then in next free column add: =[@Tarix]+[@Saat] the formula will be copied down automatically if the table was formed correctly.
In the next free copy add: =IF(MOD(ROW(),2)=1,[@Column1]-L1,"") this too will be copied down and will provided the duration between alternate rows.

This solution should take account of finish times that go overnight. It assumes that every individual will enter and then leave so that their first entry is a start time and the next a finish time. If for some reason this is incorrect you will need to add a dummy entry or delete the incorrect values.

Hope this helps.
