Multiple ISBLANK Query

ORDER STATUS	CAD PENDING	DIE PENDING	STONE PENDING
CAD PENDING

These are my 4 columns, if (Column 2,Row 2) -> CAD pending cell is blank , then Order status(Column1,Row2) should show CAD PENDING, if (Column 3,Row 2), DYE PENDING is blank, Order Status should show -> DIE PENDING , if Column 4,Row 2) is blank it should , Order status should -> STONE PENDING.

I tried ISBLANK below formula but couldnt go beyond two columns.

=if(AND(isblank(B2),isblank(C2)), "CAD PENDING", "DIE PENDING")

If I understand your requirement correctly then this should do it (I have stuck to your approach although there are other ways of obtaining the same result):
=IF(ISBLANK(B2),"CAD PENDING",IF(ISBLANK(C2),"DIE PENDING",IF(ISBLANK(D2),"STONE PENDING","")))
