Hello,
I saw similar functions with INDIRECT but could not get any to fit my needs (even combining with concatenate)

In A1 through A20 I have file names.
In A35 I have the file location.
So I use concatenate(A35,A1,”.xlsx”) to get the file and location and location in the file (sheet1 C9)

I have played with it several ways but Lee getting a reference error. I even used a working formula as my template for the indirect and concatenate.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.

//NetworkServer2/Team folder/reports/1300 series/[22 Oct 19.xlsx]1'$c$9

I have that worked out through concatenate, and tried a few different ways.
Inside A8 I have the variable "22 Oct 19"
