Connecting Oracle DB using Oracle.DataAccess.dll

Hi All,
Good Day!

I want to know how to connect to Oracle DB without oracle installed on the system.
When check in google it was told to use Oracle.DataAccess.dll. But could not do that can any one suggest how to use this dll and connect to oracle db.
Using VBA macro.
